Kasel Rocks Landscape Company delivers trustworthy commercial facility landscape and snow management services to critical infrastructure sites across the eastern United States. What started as a father and son plowing driveways has grown into a specialized facility services company serving distribution centers, hospitals, data centers and industrial properties that operate around-the-clock.
We are fully licensed and insured with decades of combined experience serving high-priority facilities. We create peace of mind through proactive communication, meticulous service delivery and a commitment to reliability that stems from our roots as a family business.
Our story begins with Scott Lesak and his father working side by side. A young Scott helped plow driveways and shovel snow with no ambition of building a business. By age 15, he was driving a farm tractor around cornfields, collecting rocks and selling them to neighbors for flower beds. When his dad completed a major hardscaping project at their home using boulders and natural stone, Scott helped install it. He discovered that this work was both profitable and fulfilling.
That teenage drive to earn money for four-wheelers and snowmobiles became the foundation for something much larger. After a few years of steady growth, Scott and his father decided to establish the business formally. Scott committed to earning a four-year degree in landscape contracting with a design-build focus from Penn State University, graduating in 2010 with extensive horticultural knowledge and a minor in arboriculture. In spring 2011, they officially established Kasel Rocks Landscape Company LLC.
For nearly a decade, the company focused on high-end residential design-build projects. Over the past five years, Kasel Rocks Landscape Company has shifted exclusively to commercial and industrial critical infrastructure sites. Our specialized expertise centers on large-scale facility services, commercial facility management, 24/7 snow removal and year-round landscape maintenance for properties where downtime is not an option.

1999–2011
Scott began trading snow services for money as early as 1999. A major front-yard project, led and inspired by Dave, in 2001 sparked a passion for building with stone. This front-yard project was completed with the same, infamous Kubota that still sits on-site today.
Between rock projects and relentless winter route-building, the foundation of Kasel Rocks took shape. In 2004, Scott and Dave made it official—committing to doing things the right way with quality, insurance, and integrity.
Scott later attended Penn State (2005–2010), where he sharpened his craft and met Kevin Heilman (now VP of Operations). In 2011, Scott and Dave formed Kasel Rocks Landscape Company, LLC, setting the business up for its next stage of growth.
2011–present
From 2011–2018, Kasel Rocks became known for high-end residential landscape design/build while expanding arboriculture and strengthening its snow and ice operations.
In 2018, the company made a strategic shift toward scalable commercial services—commercial landscape maintenance paired with expanded snow management. During the winter of 2018–2019, Kasel Rocks secured its first major in-house snow contract with Costco in Allentown (still in the portfolio today).
Today, the focus is clear: industrial and institutional critical infrastructure clients requiring dependable, high-standard landscape care and 24/7 snow and ice management.
